Annual membership fees are as follows: Homeowners $25.00 Tenants 15.00 Contractors 30.00 Community Orgs. 30.00 Seniors 15.00 You do not need to be a member to shop at the BBMC. However, members receive discounts on all products and home repair workshops; access to our tradesperson referral file, technical assistance program and resource library; and more! Then, mail it and your membership fee to BBMC, 100 Terrace Street, Boston, MA 02120.
